Synopsis:
Vascular Strategies will add value to the drug discovery process with a focus on HDL function and Reverse Cholesterol Transport (RCT), as well as the role of Immune Mediators in atherosclerosis.
 State-of-the-Art proprietary mechanistic assays and expertise developed over the past 30 years within the laboratories of our company's founders, recognized thought leaders in Cardiovascular Research, are being utilized. VascularStrategies is committed to the discovery and development of additional approaches and assays for preclinical assessments.
Our assays have been implemented and are being extended to be used as biomarkers for the demonstration of early functional activity, dose-response, and responder subgroups in human clinical trials of specific therapeutics.
To these ends
Vascular Strategies will:
- Work with clients and apply proprietary and non-proprietary technologies for enhanced assessment of therapeutic candidates
- Develop an Intellectual Property Portfolio focused on improvements to existing technologies, high throughput adaptation of assays, surrogate RCT biomarkers, and newly developed technologies
